Graphic panel overlays are ideal for recessed moldings, switch assemblies, and front panels. Typical contructions consist of subsurface screen printing on a polycarbonate or polyester substrate with a 3m adhesive with the correct properties to adhere to the surface of the final product. Printing subsurface creates graphic overlays which are abrasion and chemical resistant. With spot color screen printing we can match any color to within a ΔE of 1.0 or less, which in plainer language means that to the human eye there would be no distinguishable difference between our printed color and the target color when the two are laid side by side. Substrates are available in a wide variety of thicknesses as well as gloss levels and textures. Selective texturing and customized textures are also available.
