The word decal is short for decalcomania, which is derived from the French word decalquer meaning to trace. The word label is from the Old French lambel (Modern French: lambeau). Pressure sensitive decals, overlays and labels come in a dizzying array of constructions designed for a broad range of conditions and applications. Luckily for you we have the knowledge and expertise to recommend just the right materials with the properties necessary to perform properly in whatever application you may be considering. Substrates include but are not limited to: -flexible vinyl -rigid vinyl -polyster -polycarbonate -paper Many of these substrates come in a variety of factory produced colors integral to the substrate. We can however match any desired color for spot color screen printing. In addition to consideration of the substrate used there is also the matter of which adhesive to consider. This is largely dependent on the application. Adhesives include but are not limited to: -permanent acrylic -removable acrylic -high tack acrylic -low tack acrylic -rubber based In addition we can laminate specialty adhesives to virtually any substrate for exotic or demanding applications.
